Allure is an absolute treat. Completely renovated from the inside out, this stunning house features the best of everything. From the amazing hand crafted timber, stone and stainless steel open plan kitchen, to the breezy modern bathroom overlooking the freshly landscaped tropical garden, to the state of the art LCD TV, rare Southern Box Timber Floorboards and powerful air-conditioning units, there is nothing amiss.

Most apparent is the calming atmosphere. Fresh air circulates through every room as the security mesh screen doors mean you can securely sleep or rest listening to the sound of the waves and the birds. Ambient dimmer lighting, lamps, timber blinds and louvers, ceiling fans, Balinese furniture and a view of the striking green palm leaves and Frangipani trees make for an unforgettable and heavenly experience. But nothing compares to the outdoor heated shower set amongst the sweet scented garden. This not only makes you feel relaxed, it allows you to feel completely free. Even when Byron Bay is at its busiest over Christmas and Easter, on the days where you just feel like you need some space, Allure offers a truly tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.
There is no road between Allure and the clear blue waters of Belongil Beach, which is only 50m from the house as the crow flies. A rare private gate in the back garden leads to a quaint retired train track, that gives you the feeling you are acting in a personal version of the classic movie “Stand By Me” when you casually take the 150m stroll for a refreshing swim. Very few houses in Byron have the opportunity to be this close to the coast, without traffic and hoards of people trailing past their front windows. Couple this with the fact you can simultaneously take a 400 metre or 5 minute walk along the beach, the train track or Shirley Street in to the shops, restaurants and hotels of Lawson and Johnson Street, you will start to understand why we think this is the best holiday house location in the Byron Shire.
Sleeping up to 6 people in 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds, there is plenty of room to accommodate the family and friends. An indoor and outdoor heated shower means that you never have to wait to wash off the salt, 2 toilets means you can separate the girls from the boys, a very spacious open-plan living and kitchen area make for a wonderful area to bond with friends and family over board games, Austar movies, a range of DVD’s or a casual dinner. The garden is simply beautiful and you wont hesitate to cook on the stainless steel BBQ, sunbake on the reclining lounges or eat your take out fish and chips on the outdoor table and chairs. For those that just cant help themselves, well there is even a front loading washing machine, dryer and fold down ironing unit, but we bet that you never get out of your sarong, boards shorts and bathers.
