Manta Ray

Most gracious, impressive and unforgettable. Manta rays are easily recognisable due to the big white flaps in front of their mouth.These rays seem to be very comfortable around humans, as long as they behave....With a maximum wingspan of 7 meters it is almost unbelievable this animal eats plankton only.

This particular one spent more than 10 minutes with the camera man, who had to surface because he was VERY low on air.
